"Was not familiar with this motel chain but reviews looked good so thought we’d give it a try. It surpassed our expectations and the reviews were spot on. The facilities were excellent and a real value for the price. We will definitely be looking for “My Place” hotels in our future travels."

"Dear Mr Royal Hampton… Staff was wonderful accommodating us, pool wasn’t too clean there was stuff floating in it but otherwise the temp was good, maybe wasn’t cleaned from the night before, there was lots of people in it that day. Breakfast was convenient and good"

"The property was nice and seemed new. When we got there our ac in our room didn’t work. It took several hours but they did get it up and running. Then the shower was ice cold. We never did get a hot shower there. We were so frustrated. We were at the end of the building on the third floor. Using the stairs and parking on the end of the building was very convenient for us. Biggest problem… all the weed smoking that occurred in the stairwell. I don’t usually have a problem at all with that. But...

"The rooms were very nice. There is no breakfast in the morning which is usually customary in most hotels we have stayed at. The elevator was not working and we were put on the fourth floor. Staff did offer us a discount on our room but then found they could not give us it since we had prepaid with Expedia. :("

"property was unkempt. room was in poor condition. fire alarm went off. don't know why. electricity went out for 45 minutes. bed frame was sticking out and was covered up by bed skirt and it caused a bruise on by ankle. tub had fixture that wasn't completely on. soap scumb on bathtub."

"We had a lovely two night stay. The room was clean, comfy and well appointed. If we had ANY thing to comment on, it would be there was not a non slip surface on the tub. Twenty years ago that wouldn't even have been mentioned but we are in our 70's and now it was noticed. Otherwise, great place, lovely staff, super convenient location."
