Excellent staff, from front desk, housekeeping, the restaurant, etc. The room was average, but VERY clean, exceptional linens and pillows and had all the shower products ready for us. "The room was clean and cleaned everyday. I would say the only negative for the room is that the air conditioning was noisy and also the walls could have been a little bit more sound proof. Our neighbors were really intense all night which made it hard for us to sleep... Otherwise the pool was clean also. Breakfast was good but the poor lady working by herself to try to keep everything full was having a really hard time keeping up with the people taking the food and the pancake machine kept...
