"We were very impressed at first look at the property both outside and inside. The interior design was superb. After spending a few hours at the Inn, I began to notice some issues with cleanliness. The property needs a very deep cleaning. Surfaces are kept OK but upon further look, you will find dust and debris underneath furniture, on hardwood, on rugs in the dining room, and dust behind open doors. I was sitting in a side chair in our room and the light was coming in the window and it revealed...

Checking in was easy and the receptionist was friendly and accommodating. She checked us in early and upgraded us to a river view. The rm was large and bed was super comfortable. One issue was the noise. Because of the historic building- you could hear the people above us walking around and you could hear the people next door."

"We had a hard time checking in. The code they gave us did not work. We contacted them and they gave us a different code….that also didn’t work. The cleaning staff was there and saw that we were having trouble, so they helped us contact the property manager, which was very nice of them as they didn’t have to.
