Take a trip to Manasota Key and stay at this secluded 7 BR / 3BA house on the coast of Lemon Bay. You`ll be a 2 minute walk to the beach. You`ll enjoy your own private dock - perfect for fishing, kayaking or organizing a boat outing (let us know & we can refer you to a local rental company!) This home is a perfect getaway for families, friends, or anyone looking to escape to paradise. There are also 2 guest cottages (1x Studio & 1x 1BR) on premise - if you`re interested in a buyout, please let us know! Read on to learn more about the house and what makes this space so special.

All I can say is wow!!!! Love this place. Perfect for our family stay. Such a relaxing getaway! Loved it so much that we a planning another trip down here and stay at this home again as soon as we can.

The most stunning grounds to relax and unwind! I started and ended each day in the hammock by the bay. The dock is well lit and large. The kayaks and paddle boards are so convenient. The beach is a very simple walk across the road and the home provides all needed beach supplies. The house is beyond what the pictures can show. It is well equipped, comfortable, inviting, and perfect for large groups or lots of kids. We had a magical time and wanted for nothing. We have rented a dozen houses in Englewood over the years and this was hands down our favorite. Thank you to the owners for creating this slice of paradise for other families to experience.

This house was amazing!! It was very clean and the perfect place to stay! They have beach stuff to use during your stay and there was truly nothing lacking! We even saw dolphins in the bay twice!!

With the planning of our wedding, this house was one of few things we had to stress over, the amount of space, offered, the beautiful property, the communication was all exceptional- apon arrival, we were incredibly impressed with how exceptionally clean, well stocked, and conveniently located this house was. We are excited to rebook and look forward to utilizing more of the amenities with a longer stay in the future.

Pictures don’t do this place justice—it was absolutely perfect! The grounds are stunning, and the house itself is just as impressive. The coffee maker happened to be broken (which we discovered late in the evening), but the property concierge was incredibly polite and had it replaced first thing the next morning. Such thoughtful service made the stay even better!

15 of us were here for a family reunion and this house was perfect! Plenty of sleeping space and lots of different areas to hang out. The property was fantastic right on the bay with a dock, and it was lovely to be able to walk to the gulf. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

This house exceeded my expectations! We had a large family of 18 and the house was perfect for all of us! We also rented the villa on the same property which was great for our expended family! We brought our boat and fished at Stump pass each evening! The house is just a short walk (5min ) to the beach. The grounds are beautiful with the trees and swings, hammocks right on the water! The paddle boards and kayaks kept our teenagers busy. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time staying here! Two families, with a total of 6 kids ages 11- 16. The location was ideal. My husband was able to put our pontoon boat in at the public boat ramp about 4 miles away and then keep it at the dock for our stay. Walking to the beach was a breeze- just a few minutes down the road. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. We were also able to walk a few blocks to waterfront restaurant for dinner. Publix not far away so we were able to make a quick grocery run for breakfast and lunch supplies. The house was very comfortable. The kitchen has necessary supplies as long as you are not planning to do any major cooking and although it sleeps 17, there was not a huge supply of dishes, bowls, glasses, etc. Paper plates were good to have on hand. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer available as well as lots of beach towels, chairs, etc. Kayaks and paddle boards were great and the kids launched them right from the backyard/dock. We are already planning on staying here again next summer!

Amazing getaway!

Lovely property. Outside is a paradise. We had fun fishing off the dock. Location is perfect for walking to beach and food! Dock was great as well since we rented a boat! Definitely recommend!

Vacay 2025

Very nicely taken care of property. The whole Tranquility Bay property had the nicest landscaping on the whole block. The bay side view provided ample dolphin watching, boat watching, and morning cups of coffee watching the sun rise. The kayaks available proved fun excursions down the channel to look at new “Milton Pass” or to explore nearby Peterson Island shoreline. Evening cornhole tournaments made for a good happy hour. It was unfortunately too windy to make s’mores at the fire pit. However, the fire pit was still a good hangout to read and relax. The nearby Tiki hut and Beachcomber restaurants were decent casual places to find a spot by the water for a snack and drink at happy hour. The gulf side beach is also a three minute walk. With the amenities provided by the house, a cooler, beach chairs, and frisbee, beach outings were easy! We also enjoyed some early morning shelling made easy because of the ease in egress to the beach.The house itself is lovely with plenty of places for time spent reading a book or watching the water. It was immaculately cleaned upon arrival. We did end up using a WiFi extender to help get WiFi to the opposite side of the house. Our family of 6 adults plus two teens found having 3 bathrooms was doable. It was nice to find that rooms could independently control their room temperatures. We cooked family dinner every night, made simple because of the good variety of kitchen pots/pans and utensils. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Fantastic property!

The grounds are beautiful with so many areas to sit and relax! Short walk to the beach! Best of both worlds with the bay and beach - Watch the sunrise over the bay from your bed or on a dock with comfortable seating. Watch the sunset on the beach by taking 200 steps! This house is really private- located in a busy area but the grounds make it seem like you are there alone! Highly recommend!

Amazing outdoor amenities highlighted our trip!

The home was perfect for our family get together! There were plenty of beds and bedrooms along with all the necessary amenities to accommodate a large group. The highlight of the property is the outdoor space, with a backyard right on the bay, complete with kayaks, paddleboards, a swing, dock, and firepit! Plenty to do at the property to keep us entertained during our long weekend stay. The host was also extremely helpful and promptly answered any questions we had and allowed us a late check out due to flight time changes. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Fun and Relaxing Vacation

Me and my friends had an amazing time in Englewood thanks to this property! There is so much to do at this home, but I especially loved going kayaking, and reading my book on the dock. The house is wonderful too and there was plenty of space for everyone to live comfortably. We had a wonderful time, and hopefully we will come again soon!

Perfect Family Getaway

We enjoyed the location - close to beach, fishing from private pier on intercostal, and easy to get to multiple good restaurants. The house itself was wonderful, with enough rooms for everyone to have their private space, yet good open spaces inside and outside for group activities. (Pier, giant swing, fire pit, hammock, kayaks and paddle boards). It was clean and just as advertised.
