"The house was decorated very nicely, and the pool was awesome. The master bathroom did have some issues with the light switches, but once I figured out the trick of getting the lights on it wasn’t a problem. My kids loved the house, and the pool area. There were a couple of beach chairs, and we left a couple more fold up chairs and snorkel masks for the next family to enjoy. It’s a short distance to Boca Grande (which we love) and not far from Englewood beach. It is about a 45 min to 1 hour...

"We were looking for a place close to family and this location was perfect. We completely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Even though Englewood Beach was closed during our visit, it was still a close drive to the nearest open beach and we were happy to get some beach time in February instead of snow."

"My husband and I just spent 5 wonderful weeks here, along with his sister and her husband. Almost immediately we felt like it was home. We like to play cards at night and the kitchen table gave us ample room. The kitchen was laid out nicely which made it easy to prepare meals. The living room area was very comfortable. "Perfectly clean, perfectly appointed, & amazingly convenient! The public boat launch is across the canal & Florida’s favorite grocer only 1/2 mile away. Perhaps the best seafood restaurant for miles is literally at the end of the street. Yet the house is on a quiet street and a self-contained vacation in itself. "Plenty of room. Comfortable. Well appointed. Away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to find plenty to do. The exercise pool/hot tub was a plus for sure. We would definitely stay here again."
