House is outdated and we did see a few roaches. Cleanliness was not the greatest but our overall experience was great. "Very spacious, great host quick response time there are steps in this unit to get up to the living room, kitchen dining, and then another set of steps to get up to the bedrooms. But you can’t beat this area. You’re literally on the beach. This is our second stay Our family rents multiple condos at a time."

"This was a beautiful property - I would consider renting again. Our group of 11 was very comfortable in this space. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the dock area. The sunsets were beautiful. The owners were very responsive. There was an issue with the pool when we arrived, but when I called to report it the owners had someone out to correct it within 1/2 hour. I would recommend this place to people with large groups."

"The house is very nice. It was great having a pool to lounge in whenever we wanted. It was easy to get to restaurants and beaches, as well as being close to Venice downtown. It’s on a very busy road, but the owner put in a small extension to the driveway so that we could turn around and not have to back out to the street. The church next door wasn’t a problem other than their bright parking lot lights which they left on very late! We had an enjoyable stay."

"A last minute change of plans had us looking for a place near Manasota Beach and this place was perfect! Exactly as shown in the pics (and even better in person actually). Bikes were in nice shape and the pool was lovely. We spent more time by the pool than on the beach 😊. The location was nice and peaceful for walking yet close enough to drive to beaches, stores, etc. Would definitely come back to enjoy this place again! Thanks for having us!"
