"Delicious and congenial."

"Was told room is not available, hotel is booked and that Expedia made the mistake! We had to beg for a room that we had confirmed. We arrived around 9:15 pm and was told checking in had to be done at 4. Never heard you have to be there on a first come first serve basis to stay -plus it was a comfort inn not Quality Inn as stated in Expedia App. Half the building looks like water damage. The AC unit in room is horrible noise and you can’t adjust the Vent. "

"The property is located in beautiful Williamsburg, on the Chesapeake. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condominium that was very spacious, clean and overall comfortable. There were 2 things that we had a problem with. The bed was uncomfortable, not the worse I have ever slept in but definitely not comfortable and my back hurt in the morning. "This property is under new management and you can tell by all the recent 5 star reviews. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Such a variety of foods to include eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal and more. "Overall the property it quite dated and over priced for what you get. They have made updates to what appears to be the Foyer and Conference Room areas. The rooms have a 80's vibe with the two double beds beng pretty small and the additional lounge chair taking up more room and not really serving a purpose.
