"Lovely room, clean, tidy and well decorated the only problem was the towel rail was not connected therefore unable to dry towels. Would have liked an information booket/leaflet in room to show menu and snacks available."

"The room was sort of clean but had clearly seen better days. The bathroom was not great. The toilet roll holder had been pulled out of the wall by a previous guest and was just hanging there. The towel rail did not work and was thick with dust, the walls were scuffed and marked for what appeared to be a long time. I like the hotel, have stayed before but they do need to sort out the rooms "

"Kind staff and nice food and drink. Especially the £15.95 deal for pizza and drink. Room was decent but it could do with some better facilities as windows didn't open, no wardrobe and towels kept falling off the metal ball. Sink was also easily blocked due to drainage issues"

"I stayed for one night for work and it was a good stay. The bed was big and very comfortable and the room was clean. I ate in the restaurant and the food was tasty with big portions and very reasonably priced. My stay was very comfortable and it all went smoothly. Thank you everyone!"

"The space was fantastic! It’s very much an extended cottage, and is warm and cozy! The host was very responsive, and went out to purchase a few additional amenities at our request. Very responsive host. One drawback is that there were a few bits that seemed to have been “missed” in terms of cleaning. I booked it thru Hotels.com app. It's my new go to app for travel related bookings after the poor treatment I got from Booking.con who refused me a refund on a booking that I couldn't use because the owner has changed the code on the key box and not updated this information on booking.con.
