Cerca Del Agua beckons with its promise of tranquility and coastal charm. Aptly named, this enchanting property invites you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the sea, just steps away from your doorstep.

Located in close proximity to the azure waters of Encounter Bay, Cerca Del Agua enjoys an enviable location that epitomizes seaside living at its finest. Known for it's serene ambiance on Encounter terrace, this home provides the perfect place for your holiday escape.

Accommodation:
Step inside this coastal haven, where modern comforts blend seamlessly with coastal elegance. Cerca Del Ague offers three spacious bedrooms for up to 7 guests and two living areas, giving family groups plenty of space.. There's a spacious three way bathroom and a lovely fully fenced rear yard complete with dining area, hammoock for relaxing with a book or an afternoon siesta, and a weber bbq for relaxed family meals. There are bikes available for use while staying so you can enjoy the bike way that runs from encounter Bay all the way through to Goolwa.
Your fur baby is welcome on holiday with you( smaller non shedding dogs only). There is a $75 pet fee. Please let us know if you plan to bring your dog with you. Sorry no cats.

From the charming cafes at Yilki on the waterfront or Seaside Dining at The Bluff, to exhilarating water sports, boating and scenic hiking trails, Encounter Bay offers something for every traveler.

Please note, we are strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere at the property. A $200 fine will be charged if evidence of smoking is detected.

*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Very close to the hospital making it an ideal home away from home for travelling Doctors or Nurses, or anyone needing to stay close to the hospital for a loved one.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
