Pet friendly cottage one mile from the beach

This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is set for your beach vacation. We are perfectly placed just 1.1 miles from Beacon's beach and a minute from the highway to provide easy access to anything you would like to do in the San Diego area. Two bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds and have sliding door access to the back deck and yard. The third bedroom is equipped with a twin daybed, twin trundle, and twin bunk beds. All bedrooms have spacious closets to hang clothes or store luggage. The garage is set up with a washer and dryer, as well as a bumper ball table and opens up to the front patio. The side deck is equipped with a private hot/cold outdoor shower to rinse off in after a day at the beach or use as a shower when someone else is in the bathroom. The back yard has a nice grass area to play games or allow pets to roam and the front patio is equipped with a table and chairs so you can enjoy a drink or meal while watching the sun set.

Fantastic home and host! Very close to all that Encinitas and surrounding areas has to offer. Beautifully-maintained and clean home. We were pleasantly surprised to see a very a nice backyard with lemon trees. 10/10 stay!

The cottage was very clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need and was very comfortable. It was in a great location for us and the fenced yard was a bonus for our pups. Courtney was a great host from start to finish. If our travels bring us back to Encinitas we would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay in Encinitas! This location was so convenient for us close to everything including the wedding we were attending at the botanical garden. Check in and check out were a breeze and communication with the host was easy! Our dog loved the fenced in backyard and patio! Highly recommend, thanks for having us!

Perfect stay - couldn't be better

The house was perfect for our few nights. It was clean and ideally situated to see everything San Diego offers. We traveled with a dog and fenced front and back yards made it perfect for letting her explore without worry of getting in the street. The only thing we ran into (compliments of two teenage girls in our traveling party) is that there is 1 bathroom plus an outdoor shower. We worked with it and had a fabulous stay!

Perfect spot for a family with kids

This spot is amazing! We loved eating our meals in the front yard in the shade of the palm trees. The kids loved the double bunk beds in the kids room and the grassy backyard. The outdoor shower was lovely. Courtney was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Cute Encinitas ho.e away from home

Husband, I and our two pups have stayed at this cute, comfortable house twice. Comfortable, cozy, all the comfforts of home. Great location. Great yard for the pups. Host very easy to communicate with. Hope to stay again!
