"The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights. Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries. "Hotel is very convenient to the bars and clubs of the Valley Mall. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Shower was excellent. Pool area with sun lounges on rooftop was a nice place to swim and sunbathe. Parking on site at $30 was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Beautiful property. I’ve stayed at a few FV properties, this is by far the best. Everything from the rooms to fitness centre were clean and well maintained. The room was incredibly quiet, bed was very comfortable. Great location near James St. 5 Stars. Highly recommend. "

"This hotel is a real vibe - from the rooftop pool, to the Friday afternoon happy hour at the rooftop bar. The location is primo - right behind Howard Smith Wharves where there are plenty of dining and drinking options. Also close to Fortitude Valley and CBD - both in walking distance. The only thing I didn’t like was not enough lighting in the bathroom for makeup application. It’s very annoying when bathrooms are designed for form over function."

"The room was pretty spacious, and all facilities were in good condition. The bed was comfortable, shower and water pressure were great and aircon was cold so for the short stay it all stacked up very well. The parking is a bit of a mission but once you are in once it became easier, very tight driving around in it and car park spaces seemed tight also. For a one night stay it wasn't a problem though. Bit of small inconvenience to need the key fob to get to basement, but then have to park and drop...

"Really loved Sage Hotel. Super convenient for an event we were attending at The Powerhouse Brisbane. Such a convenient location with cafes shops bars bottle shop on the doorstep. Parking super convenient. We were in a balcony room and it was lovely, super clean, comfy bed, lovely decor. Loved the natural products in the bathroom. Loved it will definitely be back if we need to stay in Brisbane. Staff were accomodating for an early check in, very impressed with everything!"

"A lovely old fashioned hotel in the middle of Brisbanes busy shopping area . Only stayed one night so didn’t use the facilities in the hotel. The room had a washing machine and dryer which would have come in very useful if we had stayed longer. Staff were all helpful and friendly would definitely stay again "
