"The staff went out of their way to make us happy! They were so friendly, especially Andrea and the front desk manager!! The room was clean, when the restaurant was open it was very good and we had an amazing view of the city of Prescott! The only negative thing we experienced was the bed. We both sunk into the middle of the bed. We would definitely stay again!"

This would be totally inconvenient .besides this the hotel was very good and the staff was tremendous. Breakfast was below average and closes too soon for guest. 10:00 am would be much better. "We were so tired and road weary but once we checked in and were told about all the wonderful amenities we went to one of the two hot tubs and the heated pool. We enjoyed the beautiful fire pit on this brisk October night. Reese was the front desk clerk and he went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as we wanted to be. "The breakfast was superior, many choices and eating area was large, no problem finding a table. Rooms are extra large, staff were all friendly. On property Mexican restaurant was handy, prices reasonable and offered 10% discount for hotel guests. "

"Clean rooms, convenient centralized access to everything, safe, well-lit parking, a diverse complimentary hot breakfast, and attentive and friendly front desk. All the things you want to experience in a hotel.
