"Hotel was ok! Location is good since it’s around shops and only 5 mins from the town square. We had our pet and they put us near the front of the property and the dog area was all the way in the back so that’s was an inconvenience. When we got to the room the door was slightly opened which we thought maybe the cleaning crew didn’t properly close. when we got inside the room felt uncleaned and there was a smudge of blood on the bedsheets. Will definitely never stay there again! "

"When we arrived to check in we were told we needed to pay a $100 “refundable” fee that we weren’t told about prior and weren’t prepared for. This fee was not on the receipt anywhere so we were just supposed to trust that it would be refunded “in a few days.” The room was very small and the beds were very firm/hard and quite uncomfortable. The bathtub drain was backed up. Our experience was disappointing with this place to say the least. There are much better properties in Prescott for the same...

"Clean but for the price a fairly low budget feel. No elevator was a negative but not a deal breaker, not cool if you have lot of luggage or kids with bags. Kinda felt like a polished Motel 6."

"We had to be moved to another room for the third night because the was a water leak in the wall and floor outside the bathroom. Was a real problem, but was inconvenient to pack up and move. We were on the first level and moved to the second level. Actually, the second room was much better."

"The TV was not connecting to any station and when inquired with the front desk staff, there was nothing they could do. The TV stand that had a drawer, the front cover of the drawer was broken, exposing the nails, and the broken drawer cover was laying on the side of the stand. The room smelled musty. There was a few hair strands on the bathroom sink and bathtub. The area was loud throughout the night. You could hear the neighbors talking. "

"The gentleman for the evening shift was sooo nice and helpful with me and my daughter, who got sick at night. I am grateful he provided us with something to eat from the breakfast menu so she could take her strong medication so late at night."
