We did not spend very long here as we came for 1 night and spent most of our time exploring the town but I would love to book this property again given the chance. "Beautiful Fall getaway! Brought an out of state friend and we both enjoyed the town and surrounding area very much. Condo was convenient to shopping, foods and entertainment, very comfortable and clean. Great communication with our host. Wonderful place to stay! Very close to all ski areas as well if you come in the winter. Highly recommend! "

"The property and especially the views are spectacular It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with kitchen equipment. Nice game room, and wet bar and plenty of room around the fire pit with firewood provided!!! The owner was readily available for any questions. This was our 4 th consecutive year sub Roosters Den and look forward to going again next year"

"Beautiful Chalet with SO many amenities! Kitchen well stocked, comfortable rooms, amazing outdoor deck space, nice hot tub, and plenty of activities/games to enjoy. Wonderful place to meet up with friends, and share in the excitement of Game Day on the huge outdoor TV on the deck. Communication with host was easy and fast when needed. Exceeded expectations and it's as nice as the pictures! Would definitely recommend and/or return!"

"Overall experience was great! Plenty of space to spread out and still close to all the action in Ellicottville. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes and silverware for a large group. All queen size were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The bunk room beds were a bit lumpy though. Bathrooms were all working and the linens were plentiful. Owners were great! Communication was quick and their check in process was easy. Checkout was just as easy with only a few simple steps...
