"Good quiet location a few minutes walk to the city centre. Our room was clean and spacious but very scuffed around the edges. The bed was really hard and, as I have a lower back problem, I didn't get much sleep. The coffee and croissants each morning were an added bonus.
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but one person was a bit surly.
Car parking was £15 per night, not overly expensive, but most of the spaces were very tight to get into.
Overall a reasonable place to stay."

"Good location
Needs looking after, poor cooking items, tv in lounge broken, no batteries in the remote control, stains on cover which was over a dirty sofa. Marks on the table!
Agents not countable and very poor communication!
Would not stay again"

Right around the corner from Mathew's street so a lot of night time noise but that is explained beforehand by. The hosts. Would definitely stay here again."

"Despite being right in the very centre of Liverpool the staff were so helpful in making access and parking easy. They were so helpful! And room was nicely laid out and efficient."

"Property was easy to find and instruction were easy to follow. However, I would say that it wasn’t quite a nice as the photos showed and was quite tatty and worn so definitely needs a decorate. Also the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and not suitable at all to sleep in. Needs replacing! Bathrooms nice and clean and for the money it was good value. Thanks"

"It was a lovely well equipped air B and B. Very good location and good communication with the owner who got back to me pretty quickly when I contacted her. Very comfortable bed and a nice shower room. Accessible to all even the slightly less mobile.
