"My cousin and I enjoyed our stay very much. We were there for a concert, so we weren’t there much. Bed was so comfy, kitchen was stocked with utensils and cooking items. Very cute little place. Will stay again!!! "

"Property was secluded and private. Tons of supplies and amenities provided by the Hosts! Fun to watch the horses play, the friendliest dogs, and a great pool! Hosts were responsive and very accommodating. Would HIGHLY recommend!"

"Cozy little cottage located very close to downtown Palestine with great shops and restaurants. The house has been recently updated and was perfect for three couples. Our host was easy to contact and took good care of us….check-in and check-out was very easy."

"Great time. TX Railroad ride was fun with the guide we had. Sheps BBQ was excellent…great bbq and fried catfish! and large servings!! Very quiet location in the country. Enjoyed our visit with friends at the cabin just talking, eating and playing Rook. "

"We loved this house. Four very spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and linens. Three baths with plenty of towels and other necessities . Kitchen was well stocked. Nice washer and dryer. We didn’t use the patio furniture, but it was nice and plentiful. The pond in the back, along with the blooming spring flowers were a real treat. "

"Beautiful property with the sandy dirt, large pine and oak trees, cleared trails, and perfectly designed cabin for our small family. Enjoyed lots of time at the pool with the kids, naps in the afternoon, and cooking out on the grill. Very accommodating and wonderful hosts available to make your stay perfect!"

"Our overall stay was good. The home was decorated with super cute decorations. It felt very home like and there was enough room for us all. Plenty of blankets and towels. My only suggestions are regarding a few minor things that would only help improve for future visitors. (maybe even us again next year) The back of tub was very slippery with the soft water. I’d like to suggest offering a slip resistant mat or tub stickers. My son had an incident and slipped. Although, not at all hurt....
