"Good kitchen, dining and living room (appliances, furniture and flooring) and ease of access to WiFi and garage. The living room, bedroom and kitchen walls need a paint refreash. Nice progress on landscaping, but mowing the grass will help. Also, sheer curtains and no blinds in the master, near an active highway, was "fixed" with a blanket over tge cutain rod.the curtain rod. "We enjoyed our stay. The only downside is the train that runs throughout the night. The house is right by an intersection, so the train has to blow the horn as it passes over it. The owner was easy to work with and was responsive when I needed to reach out."

"We appreciated all of the space and many bedrooms. Although the weather was rainy and we couldn’t use the yard, it looked like a huge space and nice deck. The basement was another nice place to hang out. Some of the basic essentials like more hand soap we didnt see was available. We would recommend this property and stay there again. "

"Our stay was absolutely divine. Even though the house was immense, it felt so welcoming and accommodating. Audrey greeted us as we came in all dressed up. We felt so special! We had 20 people in our overnight group and another 8 who gathered to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday. There were so many dishes and serving trays and beautiful bowls to put all of the things in. "We were told that this was handicapped accessible. And we're very excited about the walk-in tub. When we got there there are two stairs to get into the building and no ramp for our wheelchair. The hallways were so tight that a walker or wheelchair barely could go through the hallways. We contacted the property manager and he told us he would refund our money. We have not heard back from him yet. I am still waiting to hear from vbro also about a refund because the house was not what we read with...

"We came to the area to attend a Celebration of Life for a very dear member of our family. There was plenty of room for us. The home is just as pictured and located on the far west side of Springfield. Close to restaurants and shopping. Home has a large bright nicely stocked kitchen including all kitchen utensils one might need for cooking, a laundry area just outside the kitchen with washer and dryer. The home is older and has been remodeled with nice decor and was quite clean. Would definitely...

"Although my group stay was short…the place was amazing. Vintage historic place that was amazingly upgraded with nice amenities. Location was perfectly located in the heart of Springfield. I would definitely recommend this place to stay if coming to Springfield."

"This house and property is amazing, and the pictures do not do it justice. It’s beautiful on its own, however we also had the bonus of having it decorated for Christmas. Lori not only had a Christmas tree, but there were multiple other decorations hidden in corners of each room, several animated animals like Mickey Mouse that my grandkids loved, and there was even an Elf on a Shelf. The owners not only had everything we needed in a well stocked kitchen, coffee, spices, plenty of towels and...

"The condo was so cute and just our style. It was quiet and relaxing. The host was easy to get ahold of and kept us in the loop on any changes or updates. I highly recommend and we will be returning. It would be great if the bed was bigger. But overall 10/10!"

"This property had plenty of things to keep a group of high school students entertained. They loved the pool table, record player, arcade games, and more. They were engaged with each other. The TV and phones were forgotten!"

"An older apartment refurbished recently, but not quite all finished with it, particularly in the bathroom where the door won't close and there are holes in the shower walls. Rest of apartment very clean and kitchen pretty well equipped for cooking, except the coffee maker was missing the brewing basket , which made it useless. Up a two story flight of stairs. Great location but confusing to find because there was no number visible on the building."
