It has a walking path that leads to Avila Beach one way or Sycamore Springs the other way. Which is a cool quiet place to have a snack or a refreshment. On the premises it has free coffee and tea all day and night. There’s also a little market that has food. I recommend this place"

"Excellent location. Room was exactly as advertised. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. Some of the furniture did need some touch ups as it looked old and worn. Food was excellent and the bar area was sublime. Bartender was excellent and the restaurant staff was very attentive. Only feedback is that the staff at the gift shop wasn't very friendly. Didn't say hi and didn't acknowledge us. Lobby staff was very friendly at check in but not so much at check out. Will definitely check...

"This was my 4th stay here in 6 months-each time has been so easy. My room was ready when I arrived early, everything was in good working order, the staff is always friendly. My only request would be for the property to add cosmetic mirrors and full length mirrors to the guest rooms. Aside from that, nothing but compliments."
