"Clean room"

"Room was clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful."

"Repeat guest at the Dolphin Cove, here. The location can’t be beat if you want historic Pismo Beach vibe…the pier, the beach, Bugs Bunny & clams. "I was in the most expensive room they had and it was appalling. A kitchen with no dish ware, silverware, soap, or towels. There was a sink but no way to wash anything. A lamp was missing so the desk lamp was placed on the bedside table which left the desk area dark. The sofa was filthy and three cushions were ripped and had broken zippers. I will never stay there or recommend the place in the future."
