"This stay was the second time I stayed at this property. This time I came with my family. We got 2 rooms and both rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable. My 8 year old nephew was very impressed with the decor and the view. Pismo Beach is always a CA getaway fave."

" Very clean accommodation inside and out. Great grass area for my pet and outdoor covered patio area with lots of tables and chairs to accommodate guests. Also provided plenty of coffee and sugars and creamers. Also provided soaps shampoos and conditioners blow dryers. Very nice accommodation. I will be staying there again."

"Barista lady was sweet but night time staff was beyond rude to my wife and children while I was running an errand and they were sitting by the fire. Silver fish bugs in the room and one ran across the counter in the bathroom on my son’s toothbrush. Invited family we were visiting to come eat at the hotel because the patio has a nice view but went to order breakfast at 8:30 am and they were out of toast, bacon, potatoes, yogurt, and all milk and creamer other then regular milk. "We had two rooms. The renovated double queen was really nice. The ocean front king room was very dated, so dated that the bathroom looked dirty. The non slip mat was disgusting and the floor tile had a huge chip. The bistro offering was just ok, but the smores kits were great. You also had to walk pretty far to get water in the lobby area. "The best thing about this hotel is the location. Right next to the staircase down to the beach and a 5 minute walk to downtown. The room could use some updating but still clean. There isn’t a breakfast per se, only some bagged pastries, bananas, and juices/coffee. The pool/spa area was busy all day and night. There were a number of times I wanted to go sit in the hot tub, but there were consistently 4-6 kids in the spa at all hours so don’t think you’re going to have a nice relaxing soak. ...

" Super nice room with a great view of the beach/ocean. Bed was super comfortable with plush pillows. Shower was a bit on the small size for me, but had a great shower head, and was nicely tiled. Easy walking distance to shops/restaurants. Will stay here again!"
