Substitute offered was okay, but third person bed not made nor ready. When request for bedding made to reception, housekeeping left them outside door. They did not attempt to make the bed. "Only stayed one night before our cruise so we didn’t get to take advantage of all the offers. Hotel is perfectly located near pikes place as well as some of the cruise ports. Hotel was very clean and staff was great. We had a breakfast at the hotel restaurant, which was amazing. We did use the rooftop bar because it was nice out and it has a great view. The room was a little small, and our view was a white brick wall with sayings on it.But no big deal."
