"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"

"I was in the city for four days and three nights!! They never cleaned our room or changed our bed sheets………. The whole entire time we were there. I had four people in our group. So I called down to the front desk for more towels and to let them know that our room was never made up. They said we only do that every two days. "This is a charming, reasonably priced hotel in a nice neighborhood. It’s less than half a mile from the cruise terminal, which is extremely convenient, if you’re flying into Seattle the night before a cruise. My favorite thing about this place, however, was the staff. They were friendly, personable, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area.
