The rooms are clean and spacious. All the kitchen facilities if you choose to use them. Good for families. Be aware that this place is situated in Ningyocho and not Nihombashi. "Perfect area close to the Asakusabashi Station. Clear communication with hotel staff. Would highly recommend. The room size was perfect for two people with one large and carry on baggage."

"Everything was excellent, can't really complain. Elevators were quite busy I suppose, but it was also Sakura season, busiest time of the year. I really enjoyed the location, in fact it was tucked just east of the major congestion areas, right next door to a massive arena (got to see Japan wrestling), and connected with a 2 minute walk to Ryogoku station - it was actually quite nice. Highly recommend if you want a spot where you can get anywhere quick, and also calm and tucked in a calm city...

"We just stayed at the Citan Hostel for 3 days and had a great time! Nice basic, comfortable accommodation. The hostel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and centrally located for everything we wanted to see. In addition the staff were absolutely wonderful!"

"The hotel was very clean. The staff, especially in the evening was extremely nice. The hallways were extremely hot. The air conditioning in my room was unreliable. There were no windows available to be opened so even though the room got very hot and the air conditioning was spotty, the cooler outside couldn’t be let in. The bidet water was scolding hot and couldn’t be used the entire visit."

Some good options at room was a little dated but clean. The staff was EXCELLENT, each and every person there went out of their way to geo us with whatever we needed "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only two stops from tokyo station yet so quiet. Excellent location for shops including a local supermarket and the chain ones. Plenty places to eat. Also no change on subway to the airport and great links for local trains around tokyo itself.I came back and stayed here on my last night as I liked it so much."
