This was a nice anniversary getaway. Check in was quick and easy. Be informed of the parking fees both self and valet. As well as $100 hold on your card for each night you stay. The staff was always hiding somewhere. There were always people hanging out in the front of the hotel that I don’t think actually stayed there. We had a homeless person followed us all the way up to our floor because the front desk was never there. The bathroom was moldy and the floors were dirty. ...

Heritage Inn & Suites The Woodlands, Trademark by Wyndham
It as bit outdated but it was fine. Beds are comfortable. I asked for a room that wasn’t facing the freeway, they obliged. It looks like the door had been kicked in a few times the doors and the door frames were dirty like people have just been putting their hands all over them and they were not getting clean. There was hardly any plugs by the bed to charge my phone and I didn’t see a pool anywhere.
