"it is a scam nobody came to let us in or give us an entry code this has happened to others this property should not be listed. Now I have to try to get my money back. Expedia and Vrbo you should be ashamed. Thanks to you our weekend was a disaster. Will be thinking twice before using either of again and will spread the word about this. Social media here I come. When are you going to get back to me about a refund Why will you not print this, its the truth."

"The day was good very good. Getting around to shopping antique stores et cetera including Lake Simcoe very easy and convenient. Our host was simply amazing and her horses the same if you get a chance to visit with them it’s worthwhile and just loved her dog Dodge. No complaints here at all"

"Amazing owner, quick to reply to any questions. Fabulous house and large enough we didn’t feel under each others feet. Lovely little beach area at the bottom of the road and lots of places to visit from using the house as a central location. The intersection is quite busy but we rarely heard the traffic inside and sat on the veranda in the warm sunshine. Lovely little cafe next door too. "
