"The Smith Corporation was very friendly and helpful before we arrived. Upon arrival the property was neat and clean. Everything in the home was functioning. The only hiccup was the second bathroom was a half bath with but did not have a shower. I did not read the description in detail in n reference to the half bath. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. "We got threatened by about 20 black men just driving down the road to the house. Upon entering the house we were met with the strongest smell of bug spray i have ever experienced. We could not breathe and my lungs hurt still the next day. There were dead bugs littered throughout the house. The floor was so slippery from the bug spray it was hard to even walk.there was dried throwup under one of the beds. The headboards were pool noodles that were spray painted black. "We stayed at Magnolia Manor while attending a funeral in Jackson. Soooooo beautiful --- it brought back so many memories growing up in similar homes. My sister can't wait to visit so we can cook and fill the house with wonderful smells and aromas and sit around and reminisce of days gone by. A wonderful place for family and memoroes."

"We enjoyed meeting our Hostess Ms. Porter and obtaining excellent recommendations for dining and sight seeing. The property was as described. The loft was well furnished (sofa and arm chair were a bit worn but hostess indicated they were being replaced very soon. Loved the rooftop view and the elevator. Would definitely stay again when in the area."

"We spent a weekend with friends in quiet beautiful Flora, MS. Small town with plenty of charm; far enough away from Madison/ Jackson, but still close enough to easily get anything you need. House is exactly as listed. Backyard is huge/ gorgeous! Outside fireplace & breakfast area are very nice! Host was very easy to communicate with."
