"We enjoyed a relaxing, peaceful and comfortable stay at Mt Cotton Retreat. Sue was a pleasure to deal with and kind enough to offer us a complimentary upgrade to a superior room in the Boutique Hotel. The forest surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed the indoor/outdoor areas where we could chill out and/or eat our meals. A comfortable bed, large bathroom and mid cons in our room made for a great stay. Thank you!"

"Enjoyed that I could come and go without any need to interact with anyone. Sort of like having my own personal home/mansion. Beautiful location and grounds. If I had time for a longer stay, I would have had more time to enjoy the building and its grounds. Checkout was a simple as leaving the key and locking the front door. Hope to be back again one day!! "There was a faint smell of old ashtray in the room that I found disappointing (on a non smoking floor). I also turned up when the keys/locks were being redone, and reception was nice enough but I don't think the manager actually apologise for the inconvenience even once, just fed excuses.... Zero explanation of where anything was or times the reception was open/closed over weekend."
