"Our family loved staying at the Exchange. Our loft was very clean with fun decor. The location is fantastic in downtown Effingham. We enjoyed evening drinks at the Wheat Penny downstairs. We will definitely be repeat visitors!"

"This home was a perfect place to celebrate a 101st birthday. Everything was one floor with room for a walker and wheelchair. She loved the change of scenery. "

"The house wonderful we went up there for fishing, But unfortunately it was very hot and we did not catch to many fish. But we all really enjoyed the house. We got up there a little early and we asked Amber the host if we could get in early and she yes. This is the second time we rented her house. She is such a gracious host. I would recommend this house to stay in. Was fantastic. Thank you again Amber."

"The owners are very nice, the place was very clean, beds were comfortable and they had everything we needed. Very comfortable. We look forward to staying again. "

"Our place was clean, comfortable and smelled fresh. We only used it for sleeping but looked like the kitchen was well equipped. The fold out sofa bed was not very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it if climbing stairs is not a problem. One of our party counted 37 stair steps."

"Was very nice, easy to locate, clean, spacious....hot tub was not working which was disappointing and boat dock needs work and new lumber. Overall it was a very nice place to stay!"
