"Loft was super clean, spacious and quiet. Building built in 1861 so very unique space. Plenty of street parking. Air conditioning was great and a selection of restaurants and pubs down the street. Lots of nicely restored building-one can feel the history! Host communicated immediately and check in/out easy and seamless. "

"We are quite familiar with Lake Sara and the area the house was located so easy to find. It is a wonderful house and property. The owners were very responsive to all questions and concerns. There was a severe rainstorm one day with a power outage but a simple fix with the owner's help was all that was needed. "

"Christy our Host was great. Her House is very clear. Good location by car or boat. Very quiet after 7:00pm, well kept yard. We had a very relaxing week at the lake house."

"Our family loved staying at the Exchange. Our loft was very clean with fun decor. The location is fantastic in downtown Effingham. We enjoyed evening drinks at the Wheat Penny downstairs. We will definitely be repeat visitors!"

"Very convenient location, Very cosy and stylish apartment, with a big variety of things to do (f.e. games, the arcade machines were great!). But also nice shops and restaurants in walking distance to explore, very quiet at night."
