"The house was great. It was clean and stocked with anything we could possible need. The parking was easy and the location was excellent. It was just 2 blocks to town with lots of restaurants and shops. The host were easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. We travel to Waxhaw often to visit family. "Lovely old house with wood floors, three great bedrooms, living room, and kitchen/dining/washer-dryer area. It had all we needed—basics in kitchen and laundry area, lots of towels and shampoo/conditioner/soap in bathroom (one bathroom with cute tub only). The location is the best! Right across from the gardens, so we took out dogs walking over there. "

"The house was clean, nicely decorated and CONVENIENT to where we needed to be (Winthrop University and the Oratory). We were only there to sleep and eat breakfast. It was very nice with no real problems. It was a quiet neighborhood (no dogs barking through the night as a few reviews stated). You could hear the early morning train (thus the house's name) but it was in the distance and I found it comforting not annoying. I don't think it would even wake an infant. Maybe next time we will have time...

"This was the perfect place for 2 nights. I was in town for a friend's wedding and this house was great. It's in a good location, the house is adorable, and communication was clear and timely. My only wish is that we'd had more time to enjoy the main areas of the house and the screened in porch. Our weekend was jammed packed so we were mainly only at the house to sleep and shower."

It’s located in a super charming neighborhood just a drive from so many restaurants and fun things Charlotte has to offer. The suite was spacious, but as another reviewer pointed out, it is more of a studio-style layout where the sleeping area is not separated from the living area and kitchenette. Additionally, communication within VRBO was rendered useless despite the fast reply time as I was redirected to the front desk for most of my questions and concerns. We would definitely book again and have already recommended it to others."

"Our host Andrea was wonderful she greeted us and the little camper was awesome we had a little trouble with Wi-Fi but she was still very accommodating!! I would definitely recommend if you just want to relax and unwind this is a great place to come!! This also was my little doggies first time out camping and he did great it was a nice yard for him to enjoy the outdoors and he had an awesome time."
