"Easy check in and immaculate place. It's just outside of Fort Collins in a quiet part of town. It's in an extremely convenient spot for hiking or going into town to eat. "

"Wonderfully spacious and clean home, perfect for a large family gathering. Large, well-stocked kitchen was perfect for meal prep. Multiple bedrooms offered plenty of sleeping options for all ages. The basement family room included a large seating area with TV plus pingpong table and kids' toys. The backyard provided room for yard games, and outdoor table seating plus a gas grill provided the opportunity for cookouts and plenty of hangouts. Situated only a couple of blocks off the main street...

"As described. Older home but for us it was all about the outdoors and we really enjoyed the front and back yards. Beds were comfy. Located on a rather busy street but didn't mind as view of mountain range and sunset spectacular from front porch, and Julia was awesome to work with going out of her way to accommodate and communicate with us. Highly recommend, would stay again when in FOCO :)"

"Very nice two bedroom. Beds were comfortable and great location to CSU. Only thing for prospective renters to note is that the shower is a very small corner unit. Good water pressure and nice hot shower but the shower space is a bit claustrophobic and hard to move around in. Other than that a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. "
