"I loved the concept. However, it was a muddy mess to get back there. I don’t mind mud but you can’t carry everything back with you. I think they could put a path way with wood berms or hravel. I fell and slid in mud so walking back with a clean change of clothes impossible because your most definiy gonna fall i. the mud. loved the animals though"

"Technically the drive time to hikes in Acadia National park are really 25 minutes away from the property. It didn’t bother me too much because driving and seeing the views of Maine is beautiful.
My room met my needs especially for the price. However there were lots of lady bugs alive and dead that I was sharing the space with lol.
I was waking up at 6:30-7:00am due to the traffic of people driving along the road but I was starting my morning early anyways but just wanted to note for others. I...

"Very clean cabin and perfect for just 2 of us. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here next time we come to Maine. We are older so a live seat with 2 recliners would have been nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone. "

"Great little cabin close to the activity of Acadia and bustle of Bar Harbor, but seemingly miles away from anywhere! Two bedrooms were perfect for my husband and I and our adult son. Bed were comfy, kitchen well stocked and the living/dining area nice for just unwinding at the end of the day. There is a fire pit area too that looked good for relaxing in the evening, but we weren’t there long enough to take advantage of it. "

"We had to use a door lock code to enter the room. We were given the code by calling the number on a sign. We loved the outdoor fire pit and grills. The motel was very simple but had everything we needed. There was a back area where we could walk the dogs. The room was clean and the area quiet."

"Amazing cabin! Seems brand new—everything is modern, new and works perfectly! The bed and couch are comfortable, the eating area is generous, the kitchen is equipped with everything. The porch overlooks the nearby woods and the walking trail leads to Hadley Point beach, great for sunsets. Just 5 minutes from Acadia and 10-15 minutes from the Bar Harbor village. Cool ice cream concession and fire pit on the property! Host was very responsive, but we needed nothing. "
