"Overall good. Was told we could not stand in the Parking lot, and checkout instructions were vague. But a fabulous location- everything in walking distance! And very clean!"

"Management and staff were great! Really made us feel welcome. Particularly, Margot (Assistant Mngr). It was a peaceful, restful stay. It was nice to disconnect from our busy life for a couple of days. So much more enjoyable than if we would have stayed in a hotel as we were able to enjoy the outdoors with comfort."

"Nice place to stay for a few days. We rented 2 units, enjoyed the location (close to town, beach and restaurants) and complex had a pool/hot tub. Rated 4 bc few minor issues, the floors are very thin so you can hear anyone walking around the condos above you very easily, in one unit-both hair dryers didn’t work, and the other unit smelled a bit like smoke. Overall, I would stay again. "

"We loved our stay at this quaint little cottage. Clean, well-stocked, warm and comfortable. Beaches, restaurants, shopping, all within a very short distance. Truly a hidden treasure. We hope to return in the near future. "

"Wonderful getaway to the beach in the off season. Very peaceful and comfortable condo! I would rent this again!Note...the ratings asked about a winery which was not a part of this location. I gave it a 5 because everything else for the place and location were great!"

"The house was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We had a great time walking the beach and being so close to town. Would stay again, if ever back in Wells!"

"I stayed in this cute cottage passing through the area. It was very clean and had a nice little kitchenette. Liza the manager gave us great dining recommendations and was very friendly. We are looking forward to returning in the summer for a small family vacation. "

"The location was great - right on the beach and we could enjoy the waves from our deck.The unit needed a couple of things fixed, however. The ice maker was broken, the door knob was falling off in the main bedroom and the towel rack was falling off in the bathroom.Also, there were only 2 glasses for a unit that potentially sleeps 8 (No wine glasses at all). We called the number that was given and they told us that they were not required to provide wine glasses (ok, but this is the 1st unit we...

"My friend and I stayed here for the Maine coast half marathon. The location was ideal and the property was clean. There was a lack of air flow because of the set up but we opened the porch door and were able to get a nice breeze and listen to the thunderstorms that afternoon. The tv did not work or connect to cable and there were not plugs next to each bed. Otherwise we would definitely recommend and stay again."

"The location on the lake was great and very peaceful! The space was perfect for what we needed. The downstairs bedrooms were a bit chilly so bring extra blankets if you get cold. "

"We loved our stay! Everything was clean, as pictured, and even had some extras on hand. Host made it easy to check in and out. And we loved the Pac-Man machine :) thanks for a great stay!"

"Walks on the beach, listen to the surf as you fall asleep. Clean space, well equipped kitchen. LOVELY!"

"The best of course is how close it is to the ocean.Unobstructed view from the living room windows. Walking distance to eateries and shopping. Appreciated the ease of booking, communication, arriving and departing. No long list of do’s and don’ts. I really needed this. "

"Our stay was perfect. The house allowed for us to sleep 17 people comfortably, eat together, cook in teams for a progressive dinner and spread out all at the same time. Jason was quick to answer questions, and he provided excellent suggestions for places to eat and shop. We could not be more pleased with our stay. Thank you, Jason!!"
