"Amber was an excellent host, the property was clean and comfortable, we initially had an issue with the heating system due to the excessively cold weather, but this was swiftly resolved and we were soon warm and cosy!The cottage has a lovely view over Owasco lake, nice furnishings, comfortable beds and all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. Amber had even kindly left us a delicious bottle of local wine.We would definitely recommend!"

"Got great communication prior to arrival. Asst. Mgr, Carissa, showed up with a welcome package and contact info. She was great with all questions. We did have a hot water issue, but Asst. Mgr. got right on it & had us back up & running in a very timely manner.4 stars because nobody gets a 5. Would give 4 1/2 if that were an option.My wife & I had our two dogs (a Toller & a Malinois) & decided it my be a bit cramped if it were 4 people there. But then, we do pack anything we feel we'll need...

There is a full sized refrigerator, a stove, microwave, and excellent coffee maker. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable. A really large parking area is a plus."

"My husband and I stayed one night and were very excited to stay in our first tiny house. We were quickly disappointed to find there was no body wash or soap. After inquiring and being told where extras were, to find there was none, the owner’s response was basically a lighthearted “I guess the previous guests took it with them and I’ll be sure to restock it in the future”. Not helpful for our stay at all. The toilet seat was broken, and its bowl disgusting. The bathroom door came off its track...

"Shelwyn was awesome to deal with. He responded ASAP when we had a question about the shower. Was upfront and helpful. He was in his house on the property but gave us our privacy. The last day of our stay he said take your time getting out because he didn’t have another booking following us. Worked out great as we were moving onto a bigger spot with the rest of our family on Saturday but couldn’t check in until 4. Thank you Shelwyn for everything and being so easy to deal with- we will be back !!"

"We were staying in Geneva following a concert at Del Lago, and Kelly's Suite was a welcome respite after an evening of music and dancing! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and the snacks and bottle of wine were a welcoming touch! Their recommendation of Water Street Cafe for breakfast was spot on. We wish we could have stayed another night. Would definitely recommend this place!"
