"This place is a little piece of heaven. Everything about it was wonderful. Fully furnished suite with everything you need away from home. Toaster, wine glasses, washer dryer. Everything. One block from an awesome beach and a two minute walk from the Boardwalk. The place was clean, safe and quiet. And dog friendly. My dog loved the deck and was a little busy body watching everything going on. Will most definately stay again. "

"Great cottage with all the amenities you could ask for, excellent location. We didn't understand how to use the TV but we were there for the beach so that was fine. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful."

"Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved how there was a door from living to bedroom, made it quieter when going to sleep. The condo is on the first floor which is a plus. Very rare to have basic cable, my BF and I enjoy watching the news and having coffee and breakfast in the morning!..2 burners to cook was great!!!"

"Very short walk to beach and boardwalk, property is very clean and cozy and owner is easy to reach out to response from owner is very quick."

"Great location! Quick walk to the beach, shops, cafes etc. Good food nearby restaurants. We stayed for 4 nights, unit comfy and cozy. Quick response and action when we were in need of anything!"

"This cottage is great and has everything that you need. We stayed here for a month and it felt like a home away from home. The owners are receptive and respond right away if you need anything. You cannot beat the location as you can be at the beach every day in just minutes. We hope to return in the future!"

"The host of the property met us at check in to introduce himself and to make sure our stay was all we expected it to be. The views of the ocean were amazing, the king bed was very comfortable and the walking distance to the beach and shopping were just a few minutes away. We will definitely be coming back for our next ocean getaway!"

"The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion."

"We stayed a week at Micah's place while visiting family in Hampton Beach. The location was perfect! It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house was well stocked with supplies and there was planty of room for all guests. The decor was amazing and there were plany of games to entertained. Micah was great at responding to questions quickly. We loved this place so much, we've already booked for next year!"

"Close enough to the beach to walk. Parking was tight. Clean. Had everything we needed for the weekend. Had to message the host for the door code. It wasn’t in my email. Probably more of a Vrbo issue though. "

"We thought the property was great. Michael was a great host and answered our message quickly. The home is very nice, the yard and walk to the sea was so great. My grandchildren loved that we could go through the dunes and get to the sea. high five... Amazing Grace, Rebecca and Family"

"John is the best host in Hampton. He provides clean modern rooms at a fair price right across from the beach and leaves you alone. Of course you need to be respectful of the property, that should go without saying of course. Some people they don’t understand that concept but barring that, it’s a peaceful place for you to go and enjoy your vacation at a reasonable price and it’s right across from the beach. I love the seagull inn…bigly. "
