"Love everything! From the beautiful retro room to the heated floors in the bay to the comfy bed. We love the decor and we need some relaxing time. Wife and I wish it was warmer to see the property and water views but it was cold! Maybe we come back in the summer "

"This is my spouse & I’s 2nd time going through Manie & Leslie to stay over for the holiday weekend for our deep sea fishing trip & to visit some family!! They’re amazing hosts!! Always checking in to make sure you’re having a good visit & that your stay with them is going ok!!! Such an adorable cottage *cutest decor*, very clean & within walking distance to the beach/Hampton beach strip.We had such an amazing time & can’t wait to book another trip with them!!"

"This was a great stay. highly recommended. You can walk to a wonderful park and also walk to get lobster rolls that are fantastic.
The view out the back was a highlight to us as much as being able to see the ocean from the deck.
Quiet, beautiful and overall a perfect stay.
You won't be disappointed"

"The host was very responsive when I had questions. He was extremely accommodating, he gave us a little extra time given the snowfall etc, and he had the stairs shoveled for us in the morning. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, and it had everything we needed for our stay. It was a very nice place, warming and charming. We'd definitely stay there again. Thank you! "

"This property was a good value. We were in town for a high school graduation so we weren't at the unit very often. The sofa in our unit was old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was very small. The stairs walking up to the units and our particular unit are very steep. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and helpful. Overall it is a good value."
