"We were greeted pleasantly by staff at check in. Lobby was clean and neat. But the staircase was dirty w dried mud from boots (guests working construction like jobs.) The room was visibly tired. Sheets and blanket were thin and worn. Curtains were missing hooks so they couldn’t stay closed properly. Breakfast was less than average though we did find yogurt and fruit."

"The room itself was fine, was pretty disappointed with my shower my entire stay. My water didn’t get hot for showers until our check out day, where there was a plumber there fixing something. I had my do not disturb on the door and got disturbed by staff either by phone call or knocking at the door to ask us for the towels - not to clean our room but to get our towels every morning by 10am but Saturday morning. "This is the worst place I have ever stayed at from the smell of rat urine in the air conditioner to bugs on the floor dead bugs in the floor and in the window seal to sticky dirty floors and a nasty bathtub.
