"This hotel is brand new, immaculate, modern design with spacious rooms and a lovely courtyard in the interior. It's a little bit off the core of downtown, but still totally walkable to everything else. It seems like overkill for the town, this very large new hotel in a large town/small "city" where there isn't much to do. But they did a lovely job with it. Highly recommend. If possible, try to avoid the laughably inflated $40/night parking charge."

"Location to the busy areas of Freeport is steps away from this quiet oasis. Very nice innkeepers and staff will be there to make your stay pleasant while allowing you the privacy of a hotel guest. We stayed one night on our way home from mid coastal Maine and enjoyed our stay. "

"I think the listing photos on Expedia need to be retaken—this place is actually much more luxurious and cleaner than they suggest. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, which made our stay even better. Breakfast was excellent, especially the omelets packed with fresh vegetables and cheese. There’s a large supermarket within walking distance, which was very convenient. I also really appreciated that extra beds were provided free of charge."

"This was a great option for us. We were heading north to Bar Harbor from Portland and wanted to spend the night. The hotel was convenient from the highway, clean, great dining/shopping options close, and the breakfast was great. The staff was helpful and the beds were comfortable. Great way to start our trip."
