"What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. "The room was very spacious with all amenities needed available in the room. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The entire property was very well decorated and the stay was really quiet. The property is also very close to the train station and local pubs and takeaway. We will be staying again"

"Staff were really friendly, the property was very cosy and well kept. Had lots of amenities in the room. Only issue we had was the window in our room when it was shut kept banging in the wind which was very annoying so had to shut a piece of paper in the window half way through the night"

The room was nice however I would say the food is good but overpriced and the bar prices are extremely expensive for a rural bed-and-breakfast, almost 8 pounds for a pint of lager seems excessive. £14 for a full English breakfast with one egg, one rasher of bacon, and one sausage But overall, a nice location and a nice little hotel"
