"I was looking for a convenient place to stay near Brighton, and this turned out to be an excellent choice. Communication was great throughout, with quick and helpful responses to any questions I had. The bed was very comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep, and the free on-street parking nearby was a real bonus. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free stay."

It was just loose over the bath. They did fix it once I told them, but I would've expected it to have been addressed before my arrival. "The only things nice is how close is to the sea side, need to be careful for any extra charges, thankfully my bank didn’t let the transaction go through and sent me a new card, but still was able to stay without paying those charges (almost £140)"

"We arrived at 6:30pm and were told there was not a room for us. The staff were unable to help and unwilling to provide more information on who owns the hotel. I strongly suspect the hotel does not comply with heath and safety rules. We received a refund from Expedia, but I would not have any confidence in receiving a refund directly from the hotel. "Staff were lovely, as was breakfast and the bar. But the rooms and decor are the key feature of this hotel and certainly make it unforgettable. Our room and bathroom were not huge but more than adequate and comfortable. The theming of the rooms, corridors, stairways and bar area is amazing, thoughtful, creative and makes this hotel worth a stay for sure, as does the cheeky nature and sense of humour. We will likely be back just to try a different room! Thanks"

"The hotel staff were amazing. We were there for the marathon and they allowed us to leave our luggage and then let us return later for a shower. It was an unexpected treat which we were so grateful for as it allowed us to freshen up and not have to drive home sweaty. Thank you"
