"Excellent attentive staff in every area of hotel. I stay there regularly when visiting friends and family and my only two beefs are that the elevators seem very slow and the rooms themselves do not have enough lighting. The beds are super comfortable and rooms are very clean. The bathrooms are huge but would be nice to have face cloths again but I am noticing a trend internationally regarding this! Great for parking and public transport is very handy if needed. I will be staying there again."

"Basic hotel, but clean room and comfortable bed. Staff really friendly and helpful. Stay included breakfast, but limited really to takeaway style bags in which to take your choices to your room, or sit at small tables in reception. Would probably give it a miss if staying again. Location is in the middle of large industrial estate, so whilst its cheap, and ok just to put your head down for a night or two, it is limited in what it can offer to tourists."

"Average in everything. Bed was comfy and clean, shower and toilet were clean. But food was really average. Rest of hotel was OK."

"There wasn't a kitchen as advertised, but rather a microwave. There were pans but no stove to cook on. I bought the ingredients to make a stir fry thinking there were cooking facilities but I had to microwave them instead. The actual apartment was nice, to give it credit, but this is about the only positive experience. The host gave check in instructions but then communication was non-existent. I tried phoning the number given and no answer, I tried messaging to ask about parking and no...

"It was close to the station. Oddly, there was no indication of where to find reception as you walked towards the hotel. We had to walk all the way around with heavy cases on a very hot day to discover the entrance. A simple sign would have helped. The room was pretty good. Breakfast adequate but not great. One teabag per person per day seems pretty mean as policy. Toilet paper ran out; we had to ask for more. Shouldn’t really have to…"

"Room stank of smoke. Bed was appallingly uncomfortable. I’ve never done this before and I’ve backpacked in various places around the world but I checked in and straight back out of this one within 30 minutes. "

"Unfortunately there was a lot of dust in the property, the door to bathroom was so dusty you could write on it also the shelf next to the safe was also covered in dust. The handle to the living room/ kitchen was missing. There was no air conditioning but there were a couple of floor fans and portable radiators if required. Beds were clean and comfortable. As it was very hot the few days we were there we were surprised that the radiators in the hallways were on making it. Close to the train...
