"Very spacious room. Bed could have been a little more comfortable but was adequate. Close to many walkable sites. The room access cards kept failing once or twice a day which was annoying but all the staff were helpful and friendly. Laundry was a pain as it was very expensive and had to be provided to them by 8am if you wanted it back the same day. We took an Uber to a coin laundry and it took an hour and was cheaper including the cost of the Uber there and back"

"Room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. We had the Charles Grey suite and the layout was a bit interesting, though added to the unique charm of the hotel. Bathroom was immediately inside the entrance and the bedroom was down a flight of narrow stairs. There were other stairs to the suite as well, which made it slightly challenging to navigate with large bags. Know that going in. The shower was perhaps the only complaint. It was a nice, glasses in shower, but the design was a bit poor....
