"Good"

"Room was extremely clean and modern. Slept really well. Very comfy bed and pillows. Good pressure on shower, floor to ceiling windows and clean modern communal areas. We didn't order breakfast as there is a weather spoons next door and far cheaper to pay £6 there, than £20 (£15 if you pre-book) at the hotel, but again that's down to personal preference. It was hot weather, and the air con worked very well."

"Nice area, and well situated for Ouseburn and Quayside. A very handy bus stop right outside the hotel that took us to the centre of town. A lovely hotel!"

"Very spacious room. Bed could have been a little more comfortable but was adequate. Close to many walkable sites. The room access cards kept failing once or twice a day which was annoying but all the staff were helpful and friendly. Laundry was a pain as it was very expensive and had to be provided to them by 8am if you wanted it back the same day. We took an Uber to a coin laundry and it took an hour and was cheaper including the cost of the Uber there and back"

"The room was lovely and cool on a hot trip. very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is continental and cooked, lots of options, time it well though or the bacon's all gone 😀. lovely bathroom with walk in shower. Only thing was I was a solo traveller but the room I was in had a connecting door to the room next door. was a bit unnerving but wasn't an issue I the end. maybe a consideration if hotel aware you are solo travelling. 4.9 outta 5 really, will use on next visit."

"The room itself was very clean and tidy. Beautiful decor. I did let the hotel know I would be arriving from the airport with luggage and I was given a room that involved going up and down stairs with no lift access which at midnight after a long day of travelling was not ideal. The shampoo was very watered down and not usable. There’s also very little sound proofing within the rooms as I was kept up most of the night just from movement around my room.
