"First night, 3 of us in a renovated king suite. Shower would not get even as warm as the room air. No linens for pull out. Requested linens, none came. Told front desk about no hot water in the am, maintenance came up turned on the shower said they would be back. He headed out for the day and told front desk we were leaving and shower was still not fixed, running,waiting for maintenance. "The only “ amenity” really is the breakfast. it has the typical simple buffet (solid). Our first room had a terrible smell, could not stay in there. the staff quickly rectified and gave us another room. however, working in Hartford the room fit the value of the price and you are right downtown. We we’re staying over for a concert."

"It gets the job done for an overnight stay. Very close to Bradley International Airport and lots of dining choices nearby. The A/C worked great and bed was comfortable. Room was clean. On the negative side, it’s very dated and could use a total refurbish. Don’t bother with the free breakfast. Other than juice and coffee, sparse offering of maybe a bagel and maybe cereal. I didn’t look very hard as there was not much to see there. Easy check-in and check-out and plenty of free parking...

"The room was not clean upon our arrival. The window in the room, which was located on the first floor, was left open. The pull-out sofa had a blood stain on the mattress, and there was hair in the bed. When we requested additional sheets, the replacement sheets provided were also torn. We spoke with the staff at the front desk multiple times, but they were not helpful or sympathetic regarding the condition of the room. We explained that we were traveling with children and that these conditions...

"Chose to stay here because I had an early flight the next day. Price point was good. Room clean but somewhat worn and outdated. Bed, pillows and linens in good condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. check in/out was smooth. Staff pointed out places to eat that were nearby. Transportation to airport was arranged and on time as was my wake-up call. Vending machine was mostly empty."
