"The staff were fantastic, even though the water was off for a couple of hours due to circumstances beyond their control. They made sure we were well accommodated, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I booked a suite hoping it might be a bit nicer than just a room. The room was sparse and fairly clean, but done very economically with little appeal to the eye. The towel racks were rusted. The tub fixtures were very cloudy as if they didn't scrub them and the soap scum had built up. We used this hotel because we had a pet and the pet fee was only $25 compared to the $75 they charge at other hotels. We have a 5lb dog that doesn't shed, so felt $75 was a bit steep. "Love the amenities for the price. The kitchenette was really clean and had all the basics. Staff was very helpful and even offered cold water at check-in on a hot day. Hope to have a reason to return to Kitchener overnight so I can book this hotel again!"

"We were surprised to learn we'd be staying in what amounts to a college dorm. But it was a pleasant surprise. The room was large with two double beds, divided by a half wall. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room had a full size fridge and microwave. Only thing we didn't find in the room was a hair dryer. We arrived very late, after midnight. The gentleman working the check in desk was very polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we pass back through."

"Where to begin? The desk lady presented herself as if she was doing you a favor for unlocking the door and receiving a guest. When given a key and basically informed that I was on my own from there out, I unlocked my room door and discovered the following: Admittedly, the room was clean. However, the room felt like a room an ex-convict would be given just after release from prison. The lighting was cold with no bedside table lamps.
