"Finding the front of the property and the parking garage was difficult at night. The front of the property does not face the street that the street address is on and there is not a large or lit sign directing you to turn into a driveway to get to it. When we were able to contact the help number the person was helpful by sending us a video how to get into the garage so we figured out where to go after that. "

"I had to talk twice to staff re rocking toilet. The bathroom was not cleaned . I didn't want to mention it till now as I feel for cleaning staff trying to live on and cope with inflation filled world ."

"The rooms were neat, tidy, and clean. The air conditioning unit was working very well. Shower was decent too. The receptionist was very kind and gentle. The breakfast was also very nice. The only downside I felt was the room was wee bit smaller. If you want to dine-in with your partner, there is very little space to sit together and eat."

"The staff stood out to me; considering the many hats they wear and the hours worked; they were excellent! I would argue better than most of the major hotels i have stayed at over the years. The room was spacious and clean. The construction on the road in front of hotel is a bit of an eye sore but it certainly didn’t have any impact on the service. The breakfast was just fine. The parking was convenient at back of hotel."
