Private suite located on the garden side of our home

Trailside Villa Suite is located in an upscale area in our City of Duncan BC Canada. Our suite is private , with a key lock entry. You will not share the space with anyone else. We have approx 400 sq. Ft. of living space for the unit. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed and also a double sofa bed in the sitting room. The quests are happy with the 4 piece bathroom , as some like to soak in the tub at the end of a big day. The little kitchen area has all the essentials for a microwave meal, coffee, tea, toast etc. The suite is on the garden side of our home where you will enjoy our pond , bushes and flowers as well as your private outside deck which is very peaceful . We are close to the hospital, grocery stores, laundry mat, restaurants and pubs. Duncan is situated between Victoria BC and Nanaimo BC , and is therefore a perfect destination for all your day trips and sight seeing adventures. Have fun touring Vancouver Island.

Awesome, Beautiful

Our host was extremely nice. The gardens are just beautiful. We had lovely weather which always helps, but it is a lovely place. The suite is extremely clean and well-appointed and the bed was comfy. We would definitely stay here again. Duncan is a fun little town with good restaurants. And….the mountains add to the trip.

This accommodation was exemplary in every aspect. Well thought out with every conceivable amenity at hand also comfortable and spacious for a couple in a very pleasing garden setting in a quiet neighborhood but within reach of local shops and restaurants by car.

My first VRBO experience, and a very positive one

I wanted to be in the Duncan area to connect with a couple of friends in the area. The reviews, price, and location all aligned with what I was looking for. The VRBO suite was comfortable, clean, with all that I needed. The garden area outside the suite was a plus. Berta's directions and text messages were clear and helpful. Berta was a wonderful host for myself, my friend and my 2-year-old. We appreciated the quiet, private suite and the garden view! The space was cozy, comfortable and well-organized. It is close enough to downtown to have many options for dining and shopping, but far enough away to feel quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay again.

Visit to Duncan BC August 2-4 2024

Had a relaxing 2 night stay at this location. The beautiful garden suite was well equipped, well beyond expectations, The bed was extremely comfortable, beautiful comfy pillows, duvet, silky sheets. Perfect Getaway

My husband and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host, Berta, was so hospitable. The accommodations were impeccably clean, the soaking tub was wonderful, so much detail was put into the apartment. The garden was beautiful, peaceful and was so enjoyable watching the hummingbirds during the day and hearing the frogs at night. It’s situated in a beautiful neighborhood, close to everything we wanted to do. Would love to stay here again if visiting Vancouver Island.

A little piece of paradise

What a beautiful little gem. The host had everything you might need. Extra glasses, charging wires, and even earplugs. The suite was clean and comfortable. Felt like a little piece of home. Beautiful quiet neighbourhood. We would absolutely recommend.

A Duncan Oasis

This is one classy place to stay. The rental is located in a lovely area close to town. The suite is perfect in every way. It is immaculate, It has everything you could need and more! It is furnished tastefully. The yard is unique, welcoming, and beautiful. Add the hostess is friendly and informative. We have stayed in many BnBs and this one is out in a million!

Excellent space.

The rooms are exceptionally clean. There wasn't a single thing out of place. The amenities provided are top notch. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows excellent. The location is great it was very close to my sister's place. If you like hiking or running on trails there is a very extensive network just out the door. Would definitely stay again.
