"Very reasonable price for this stay, we appreciated the cleanliness and also the clear description of what to expect when we arrived to that area. The area itself was very quiet and diverse, we never felt unsafe. Very close to the downtown and airport which we appreciated. For a smaller house it worked for the 6 of us that went, the bathrooms are small but we made it work and made use of the space. If you want an affordable, clean stay then this is right up your alley! "

"There were a lot of fees including upfront fees for people we thought might “stay the night”. We did not have as many people stay over as we thought, so I guess I’m waiting for the video to be reviewed before I get the refund. There was also going to be extra fees if we wanted the pool gas heated which we didn’t do since there was supposed to be a solar blanket on the pool. It wasn’t on the pool when we arrived so the pool didn’t get heated during the day. Check in isn’t until 5pm which is later...

"This is by far the best short term home rental I've ever experienced. We were sad to leave and my child asked of we could buy the house and live there. It was clean and did not have any overly perfumed smells which is important to me because I have chemical sensitivities. I was mildly allergic to the laundry detergent scent and had to rewash the bedding with my own soap but that is usually the case anywhere I go. The host was so responsive! I broke a glass and he did not charge me and also...
