Dr. Pepper StarCenter a Farmers Branch

First impression is the hotel is open and clean but the young man behind the counter was not someone who should be in customer service. Horrible. Never lifted his eyes to look at either me or my daughter while talking so quietly. I couldn't understand him and finally asked him if he looked at people, ever! He glanced up and his eyes shot down again to staring at the floor just beyond us. When I finally got my keys and said thank you and have a blessed day..... nothing. Absolutely no response. He hates his job. Get a new one. When we got up to the room the closest doors were off the runners. They did get those fixed in a timely manner. Room was clean, beds ok. Location is good for a food court. Worked for us. Jenn
