"It’s an easy to find property in Sun Prairie, WI located near a COSCO and Woodmans supermarket. There’s plenty of room to take scenic neighborhood walks in the evenings and mornings. There’s a nice open area for family meals together. It is tastefully decorated and well maintained. The only issue was the number of bathrooms, which listed 4.5 bathrooms, but it’s actually 2.5 bathrooms (2 full bathrooms upstairs and one half bathroom on the main floor next to the kitchen. "

"Was in town with 3x 16 year old boys for a football camp. Very clean and comfortable. The pizza place downstairs was an added bonus. Will book again if we’re in town. "

"I have stayed here 1 weekend a year for about 10 years for a get together with friends. Great location on the river and next to a restaurant. The improvements made each year by the new owner, Jennifer, have been noticed and appreciated. Jennifer makes staying here easy as well. She is very easy to communicate with. Thanks!"

"Our family all stayed at Kathy’s place to celebrate the 4th of July together. It was different than other rentals we have stayed at for we didn’t feel like renters, rather we felt like family. Kathy was extremely hospitable and made us feel extremely welcome. We were amazed at how well stocked the place was as it seemed like she had everything we could possibly need. Thank you for making our family vacation a great one!"

"This is a very pretty property. The cabin is close to the lake. Nice shade trees. It's a busy place but you don't even hear the other guests. "

"This was my second stay at this property, my first was in October 2024. Everything is clean, plenty of towels. And a variety of coffee and teas to get your morning started. The view across the street to Park Lake is unbeatable! I will be back over the summer!"

"We had a family get together with all ages. There were a total of 11 of us. Nice updated appliances. Very nice furniture. Mary has been putting a lot of work on the house. She was very responsive. It was just a great time for all of us. Paddle boards, kayak, paddle boat and a nice dock. Beautiful view of the sunset we just had a wonderful time. Foosball and air hockey in the basement. "
