"This property is conveniently located with a 15 minute drive to UNH and 5 minute walk to downtown Dover, though I wouldn't want to undertake its steep street on a snowy day. Travis is a great host who pays attention to the little things like providing a well-stocked coffee bar, an assortment of soaps, chilled wine glasses and frosted beer mugs. Unfortunately, this property is a subdivided old house that falls short on the big things. The main bed's springs are shot, making it far too soft. ...

"From the moment we walked in, we were aware of the quiet and calm atmosphere. We were immediately drawn to the back deck with the warm igloo that overlooks the bay, causing a serene ambiance. The entire property is well taken care of and it is obvious Andra is meticulous with her provisions--from amenities to essentials. Andra communicated with us well--giving us all the info we needed to check-in, check-out, and what we needed in between. She offered immediate response if something was amiss...

"Apartment was very clean. Coffee and tea were complimentary. It was walkable to many restaurants. Parking was available and we only had to pay one time which was quick and easy to do as the pay station was very close. Of note, the stairs to get to the apartment are steep and narrow. There was a step up from kitchen to living room. Anyone with mobility issues may be challenged with accessing the apartment. Host replied quickly with any questions. "

"Once again VRBO offered us a great option in Dover NH. The place was beautiful right from the facade of the house and a parking in front of the garage. The apartment was facing a meticulous green yard. The accès and all details instructions regarding the the place were very helpful to take advantage of electronics, electric and appliances. I would invite anyone to rent this little treasure. Thank you Collin you are a perfect host. "
