"Modern hotel with good amenities. It was in a quieter area of town, easy to walk to from the train station but still only a few minutes from the city center. Behind the property is the walking trail along the River Ness which was great as we could follow the trail & it brings us to many sights in Inverness. "The staff were amazing. So friendly and kind. Trying to help out where ever they could. Always a smile on their face. If I ever go back to Inverness I will for sure stay there again, even if it’s 15-20 minutes outside the city. "

"Booked online. There is a bar downstairs that closes at midnight. If you don’t mind being kept awake until 2 am because of the noise from the bar and the people and traffic in the street then this is the place for you. The room was nice enough. A fan would have been greatly appreciated. Parking is off site. "

"Everything was better than expected and went smooth as silk. The room layout was quirky in the best of ways! "Wunderschönes Altes Gutshaus mitten in Strathpeffer! Sehr schöner Anblick vom Frühstücksbereich auf die Highlands! Frühstück war voll ausreichend! Sehr netter Service! Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt! Es war in Schottland unser schönstes Hotel auf unserer Rundreise! Wir kommen beim nächsten Mal wieder"

"Lovely building in a quiet area but easily walkable to the town centre. There’s a car park right at the hotel. Check in was in the bar area, which was fine, there’s no lift but there’s only a couple of floors anyway. No breakfast but we were already aware and happy to eat elsewhere. Room and en-suite were nice, room had a fridge which was great! We had plenty of towels. Only drawbacks were, bed was a bit creaky, and the bathroom could have done with a little shelf or worktop to set toiletries ...

"Had issues with the WiFi and it got addressed right away. The room was spacious and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Love love love this place and would definitely return with my family. "

"We stayed here for the convenient location, and had a bit of an emergency. The staff could not have been more kind or helpful. I will make this my regular place to stay every time I am in the area, which is 4-5x a year. Fantastic food too! "
