"Clean room"

"Room was clean and front desk was very helpful with everything we had questions about. Breakfast buffet had great variety and a nice balance between Korean and International selections. Location was easy to find, staff were helpful, respectful and welcoming. Surrounding scenery and close by walking/running path lined with cherry blossom trees is beautiful. Would definitely return! "

"Booked a rm in annex B. Arrived at annex A which is much more visible from the Main Street. Successfully checked in with the check in machine and was given a rm on the 7/F. The 7/F at annex is the “office” which looks more like a personal cubicle to the staff / owner . The staff was not very helpful and was obviously busy with his own matters taking on the phone. "The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. We asked for extra pillows and been advised of $10 charge, which I have never seen a hotel charging for extra pillows. Must be kidding. "

"Decent room, underfloor heating, nice shower in a wet room, fridge which they give bottles of water every day, secure and safe rooms & hotel staff and location is safe too. Suyu subway station is right next door to the hotel, the airport limousine drops you off right outside the hotel (1 minute walk maybe), theres a McDonalds, KFC, 7/11, Paris. Baguette, Subway and many other food places within a very close proximity. Would definitely stay again"

"I had a very comfortable stay at this room. The space is clean, modern, and well-organized. I especially appreciated the separate work area with dual monitors and comfortable chairs, which made it easy to get some work done during my trip. The sleeping area was spacious, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The lighting was soft and relaxing, and having a big TV in front of the bed was a nice bonus for unwinding at night. "I enjoyed my time at this property. It was very close to the metro/subway, many restaurants, the room was large and clean, and they provided as much free bottled water as you wanted. The staff was also very kind and helpful. The price was definitely great and I will stay here again in during future visits to South Korea."
