"Pros:
- receptionist was great
- very fast check in
Cons:
- For a “hotel” I expect having basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste.
- the room was clean for the most part. The bathroom had a foul, mildew smell and was greasy. Which felt very unhygienic for a 4-star establishment"

"The rooms are great. But the process to get there was awful.
I booked using Expedia 3 weeks out and chose the pay at check in option. Received a welcome letter via Expedia from the property and nothing else. Upon arrival, I was informed that they had cancelled my reservation 5 hours prior to my arrival and were fully booked.
After some unfortunate choice words, I was finally able to get a room.
The property itself is great, the parking is non existent."

"The rooms were fine. A little kitchenette that was equipped with the basics and a small bathroom. The bedding wasn’t great. We borrowed a doona off a local friend to keep warm. People definitely smoked on the premises while we were there and there was no fly screen on the window.
The staff were friendly but didn’t understand why my partner and I would want to share a bed which was a bit weird."
